For Dealers — Free*
Retailers and dealers join Oryx DTR at no subscription or per-seat charge — manufacturers fund the platform. Dealers gain direct access to manufacturer catalogs, real-time pricing, dropship capability, and a single dashboard for ordering across all vendors. An optional Dealer PRO analytics add-on is available at $299/month. An account maintenance fee may apply in eligible cases; see the retailer FAQ for details.
For Vendors — Tiered Platform Pricing
Every vendor plan includes the full Oryx DTR platform. The monthly subscription is a percentage of monthly aggregate Gross Wholesale Merchandise Value (GWMV), with rates that decline as volume grows and a $699 monthly minimum.
Starter — 0.65% of GWMV
Up to $175,000 GWMV per month, with a $699 monthly minimum. For manufacturers starting or formalizing their dealer program.
Growth — 0.52% of GWMV
$175,000–$450,000 GWMV per month. For growing programs with an established dealer network.
Scale — 0.43% of GWMV
$450,000–$1,000,000 GWMV per month. For high-volume programs managing large dealer networks at scale.
Premier — 0.39% of GWMV
$1,000,000–$2,000,000 GWMV per month. For complex programs and multi-brand configurations.
Enterprise — 0.35% of GWMV
$2,000,000+ GWMV per month. For the highest-volume programs and custom contracts.
All plans include the same feature set: dealer onboarding and approval workflow, catalog management and syndication, direct and dropship order routing, MAP compliance tooling, dropship fulfillment infrastructure, dealer performance reporting, and automated wholesale settlements. Small percentage-based platform fees apply on order volume — your sales contact can walk you through the full economics.
For Rep Groups
Rep Group Basic — Free
Up to 5 sales rep seats with basic performance reporting and standard dealer and order visibility. For small rep groups getting started. PRO Analytics requires the Agency plan.
Rep Group Agency — $199/month
Unlimited sales rep seats, basic performance reporting, standard dealer and order visibility, and commission statements per rep per month (CSV and PDF). Advanced PRO Analytics is available separately for $299/month.
PRO Analytics Add-on
Advanced PRO Analytics is a separate $299/month add-on for vendors, dealers, and Rep Group Agency plans. Rep Group Basic cannot add PRO Analytics.
Vendor PRO — $299/month
Geographic revenue and demand-gap analysis by US state, MAP compliance and violation tracking by dealer, dealer revenue concentration, basket analysis, cross-sell gap analysis, product penetration matrix, and extended dealer and order lifecycle analytics.
Dealer PRO — $299/month
Spending analysis with channel mix and vendor breakdown, top products with reorder suggestions and slow-mover flags, vendor scorecards with overlapping-SKU pricing, order seasonality and year-over-year trends, settlement history, and platform fee transparency.
Rep Group PRO — $299/month
Vendor revenue and commission trends, per-rep performance tables and leaderboards, vendor scorecards, dealer health scoring, product and category breakdowns, period comparisons, scheduled weekly and monthly email digests, and advanced date range plus vendor scope filters. Available as an add-on to the Agency plan.
All PRO reports include CSV export, advanced filters, and period comparisons.
